The kiddies have been asking for this on repeat every day since I made it for them so you know it’s a hit.
It’s quick to make and is full of protein, healthy fats, antioxidants, and omega 3’s. What more could you want in a under 5-minute breakfast bowl?

BERRY BANANA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE BOWL
Serves 2-3
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 cup of mixed berries
- 1 tbsp of almond butter
- 2 tbsp of Nutraorganics Thriving vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup of oat milk
- 1tbsp of hemp seeds
METHOD:
- Add all the ingredients to your blender or food processor and blitz on high until smooth and creamy. You might need to stop and start it a few times to get it going and if you have a Vitamix then definitely use the stick to help mix it up.
- Pour into bowls and top with raw granola, fresh fruit, almond butter, and seeds.
