The kiddies have been asking for this on repeat every day since I made it for them so you know it’s a hit. 

It’s quick to make and is full of protein, healthy fats, antioxidants, and omega 3’s. What more could you want in a under 5-minute breakfast bowl?

BERRY BANANA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE BOWL 

Serves 2-3 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup of mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp of almond butter
  • 2 tbsp of Nutraorganics Thriving vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup of oat milk
  • 1tbsp of hemp seeds 

METHOD:

  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender or food processor and blitz on high until smooth and creamy. You might need to stop and start it a few times to get it going and if you have a Vitamix then definitely use the stick to help mix it up. 
  2. Pour into bowls and top with raw granola, fresh fruit, almond butter, and seeds.
