Beauty Bircher Bowls
We’ve been switching up our morning porridge bowls with these creamy, nutrient-rich, delicious Beauty Bircher Bowls that I just know you’re going to love as much as we do.The recipe makes enough for a few days so you only have to prep it once and your breakfast is basically done. How great is that for us busy mama’s!My kids love it as much as we do so let’s hope yours are the same as it’s such an easy way to pack in lots of goodness, omega’s, healthy fats, fibre, and protein.Here’s the recipe.
Beauty Bircher Bowls
Serves around 8-10 Ingredients:
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1/3 cup of chia seeds
- 1/3 cup of hemp seeds
- ½ cup of shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp of sesame seeds
- 1 ½ tbsp of cacao nibs
- ¼ cup of goji berries
- 3 strips of dried mango
- 2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 litre of oat or almond milk
Steps:
- Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well with the milk. Cover and then place in the fridge to soak overnight or for at least 3-4 hours.
- To serve scoop 1/3 of a cup into a bowl, dollop with coconut yogurt (I love Raglan Passionfruit), some warm crushed berries, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
