Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Do you struggle with healthy snack ideas during the week? If you do then you’re going to love my Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats. They are truly delicious, energy-boosting, nourishing, and packed with protein. They’re also full of iron, calcium, magnesium, and fiber making them a perfect breakfast, snack, or lunch.

I love making a few jars of these Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats on a Sunday afternoon so I can easily grab one during the week when I’m pushed for time or after a workout. The kids also love them so it’s an easy snack for them as well.

Here’s how to make them.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup of plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp of Fix and Frog Everything Butter or Peanut Butter Chocolate
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp of sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp of cacao powder

Topping:

  • Banana
  • Maple
  • Cacao nibs
  • Maca nibs
  1. Add all the ingredients into your mason jar and stir.
  2. Let it sit for at least 3-4 hours but ideally overnight so it's super creamy and easy to digest and absorb in the morning.
  3. Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy. It's that simple!

Thanks so much IE Produce for sponsoring my Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats. You can get all the ingredients to make these delicious oats at their shop in Takapuna.
