Morning Breakfast Bowl 

Starting your day with a big Morning Breakfast Bowl full of fresh fruit is one of the best things you can do for your health. Fruit is natures candy. It’s full of antioxidants, fibre, vitamins, and minerals and it gives you the best boost of energy in under 30 minutes, and this is why my mornings are all about adding in as much fruit in as much variety as possible. I want that beautiful vibrant energy and one of the ways I get it is through my Morning Breakfast Bowl.

I make my Morning Breakfast Bowl by:

  • Adding a dollop of creamy coconut yogurt. Raglan coconut passionfruit yogurt is my favourite.

  •  3-4 pieces of fruit - The more colour and variation the better. Think mango, pineapple, bananas, blueberries, strawberries, oranges, apples, papaya, and kiwifruit.

  • A handful of Little Bird Organics Macadamia and Berries Grawnola (Luca loves this granola and has it as a snack with a banana during the week).

  • I then squeeze over some lemon juice

  • Add a dollop of raw honey

  • And finally a sprinkle of one the best nutrient boosters you can add to your diet -  Bee pollen which takes this bowl to the next level.
