Two Beauty Tools Your Have To Add To Your Morning Routine

Want to elevate your morning routine then you have to check out these two beauty tools that i’m obsessed with.

Beauty Tool Number 1: Dry Body Brush

The first thing I do every morning before I hop in the shower is I go over my whole body with a dry body brush. It’s super easy to do, you literally brush your skin towards your heart and it can be done really quickly which I know you’ll appreciate.Here’s a great video showing the whole process if you want to have a watch. Beauty Tool Number 2: Lymphatic Gua Sha or Paddle

The next thing I do after my shower and after I’ve covered my body in coconut oil is I use my new lymphatic Gua Sha which I’m obsessed with. You do a similar movement and move up towards your heart but a little slower and with more pressure.Watch how to use your body Gua Sha here. Both take less than 5 minutes and leave your skin feeling super smooth while also energising your body and adding in a little self-love and care before the day starts.

Beauty Tool TIPS:

If you’re new to the world of dry brushes and lymphatic paddles then I suggest starting with a dry body brush first and then once you get into the swing of that you can look at taking your routine to the next level with the body Gua sha (which doesn’t need to be daily but totally can be).My dry brush is from IE Produce (click here) and my body Gua Sha is from Nativa Sens.
