Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding

Why not make my Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding.It’s indulgent, rich and so chocolatey while also being healthy, nourishing, and jam-packed with calcium, antioxidants, and magnesium.You are going to love it!!It’s also great for the kids but I wouldn’t give it to babies under 1 year old as it does contain cacao which can be stimulating and let’s be honest its’ hard enough getting babies to sleep during the first year.I hope you love you and if you end up making it don’t forget to tag me @wellnessbyreneebrown so I can see your epic creations.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding

Serves 1-2

  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup of plant-based milk (soy and coconut milk are my favourite)
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp of cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp of smooth peanut butter (I used @fixandfrog)
  • Add all the ingredients into a jar and stir well. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to thicken before scooping into a bowl, topping with fresh fruit, cacao nibs, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
