7 Easy Plant-Based Dinners For Your Toddler

  I know coming up with easy and nourishing plant-based dinners night after night for your toddlers can be so time-consuming and sometimes even stressful, so I thought I would share what my kids ate this week to hopefully make your life just a little easier.Us busy mamas have to help each other out.

Easy + Nourishing Toddler Dinners:

I have a few simple guidelines that I follow when creating my kid's Dinners;

  • I need them to be super easy (normally under 30 minutes)
  • I need them to be balanced. I follow my simple plant-based meal guideline for this and I make sure I tick off each of the four main groups. Download my Book for more information on this.)
  • I need them to be Iron rich. I normally include at least 1-2 iron-rich foods in each main meal to ensure that both Georgia and Luca are meeting their daily iron needs.
  • I need them to include a source of vitamin C. This helps with the absorption of iron and also normally offers a delicious starting point for my little cuties to start eating. Sometimes that’s the biggest battle of them all.
