What My Plant-Based Toddler Eats In A Day
Right, it’s that time of the week again and this week I thought I would share what Luca eats in a day.I hope this gives you some new ideas and inspiration for the week and shows you that even though I offer these meals it doesn’t always mean he’s going to eat them haha.
- 6.30 am Awake
- 7.20 am Pre Breakfast Juice – Celery, cucumber, lemon, and apple. He had around 1/3 of a cup (recipe from my ebook).
- 7.30 am Breakfast – His usual bowl of blueberry porridge with banana and soy milk. He ate half of this. (Recipe from my ebook)
- 9.30 am Morning Tea – My Peanut Butter and Banana Waffles 😉(from ebook) with wild blueberries added to the batter. They were so yummy and Luca ate one whole one. He also had his supplements which were iodine, b12, vit D and omegas. I will be sharing all of his supplements + Georgia’s and mine in my supplement guide which will hopefully be out next month.
- 11.30 am Lunch – peas, organic baked beans, some sushi I rolled into balls, soy berry yogurt with hemp hearts mixed in and some avocado toast that he demanded once he saw mine haha. He ate a few peas, no beans, no sushi, all the yogurt and one whole piece of toast.
- 12 pm milk feed before his lunch sleep / 12.30-2pm asleep
- 2.30 pm Afternoon tea – @kiwigarden_nz freeze-dried corn, ½ a banana, some raisins and ½ a brown rice cake with peanut butter. He ate some of the cracker, all the corn and nothing else. He then had one @franjoskitchen cookie in the car while we were out picking up a few things.
- 4.45 pm Dinner – Golden Soup with avocado toast. He ate all his soup (I spoonfed him most of it) and 1 ½ piece's of sourdough bread with avocado, lemon, salt and pepper. He loved this Dinner.
- 6 pm Milk feed / 6.30 pm Bed
