Golden Mylk
Come and see how I make my easy nourishing Golden Mylk.This has quickly become a winter favourite for me in the afternoons and evenings.It’s anti-inflammatory, immune boosting, nutrient-rich, is full of superfoods, and is so calming and nourishing for the body.The perfect busy mama drink!
My Golden Mylk
Serves 1
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 Medjool date
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract or syrup
- 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
- Knob of ginger peeled and grated
- Pinch of black pepper
Method:
- Heat almond milk in a pot until warm
- Pour almond milk into your blender along with the rest of the ingredients and blitz on high for 60 seconds.
- Pour into a mug and enjoy ideally in the sunshine or snuggled up on the sofa with a book 💕.
