Golden Mylk

Come and see how I make my easy nourishing Golden Mylk.This has quickly become a winter favourite for me in the afternoons and evenings.It’s anti-inflammatory, immune boosting, nutrient-rich, is full of superfoods, and is so calming and nourishing for the body.The perfect busy mama drink!

My Golden Mylk

Serves 1

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 Medjool date
  • 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract or syrup
  • 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
  • Knob of ginger peeled and grated
  • Pinch of black pepper

Method:

  1. Heat almond milk in a pot until warm
  2. Pour almond milk into your blender along with the rest of the ingredients and blitz on high for 60 seconds.
  3. Pour into a mug and enjoy ideally in the sunshine or snuggled up on the sofa with a book 💕.
