Hello lovely, it’s Wednesday which means it's time for me to share ‘what we eat in a day. As per request today I am sharing What Luca Eats In a Day.This post is not for comparison but for inspiration.Let’s get into it. This is what Luca ate on Saturday. I don’t normally record his weekend meals so thought this would be fun.

Here’s what my 16 month old predominately plant-based toddler eats in a day (a.k.a Luca)

6.30 am Milk feed in bed8 am Green Crepes with banana, jam, lemon, hemp hearts, and berries. So good!! We make these pretty much every weekend as we all love them so much and they are such a great healthy breakfast.  Luca had two whole crepes. Here is the recipe for the green crepes (click here).8 30 am Vitamins. B12, vit D, probiotics, Omegas. I am working on an updated supplement guide for you and should have it available soon.10 am Coconut milk Fluffy at Mimosa with ½ a vegan savory muffin11.30 am Avocado toast, baked beans, peas, and some mango and strawberries. He ate all the toast, ½ his beans, a few peas but mainly just played with them and all his strawberries and mango.12.15 pm milk feed before his lunch sleep2.30 pm Chocolate Chia Pudding with warm wild blueberries. I was having a play with an iron-rich choc chia pudding that has tofu in it. Luca really enjoyed it but I want to try it again before sharing the recipe.5.15 pm Brown rice spaghetti with a tomato sauce and cashew part (from my ebook) with kumara hash browns, vegan sausage (they love the Tonzu ones, and avocado. He ate most of his spaghetti, all of his hash brown no sausage, and 2 bites of avocado.5 40 pm Cooked apple with cinnamon. I peel and slice apples and cook them with a little water and some cinnamon. It's such a yummy desert for the kids.6.30 pm milk feed before bedLuca is only just starting to eat normally after a bad tummy bug and two colds but thankfully he is eating more now.Luca also normally has a daily smoothie but for some reason, I forgot to do one today.I hope this gives you some new ideas and inspiration for your week.If you’re stuck for recipe ideas for your little one then you will LOVE My Plant-Based Family Ebook.
