Immune Boosting Lemon, Ginger, and Turmeric Ice Cubes

I was inspired by Loni Jane's beautiful lemon ice cubes that I’m always seeing her share and wanted to put a little winter immune-boosting spin on them.I’ve been putting one ice cube in my warm water each morning and I’m obsessed! This little ritual easily adds turmeric and ginger into your morning which is incredible for reducing inflammation, boosting your immune system, and keeping you healthy and strong. Here’s how to make my Immune Boosting Ice Cubes.

  • 9 lemons, peeled and sliced in half
  • Small knob of turmeric, peeled (it’s strong so a little goes a long way)
  • Small knob of ginger, peeled
  1. Add everything to your juicer and then pour into ice cube tray (I used 2 ½ trays). Freeze for at least 5 hours (this was painfully slow for me) before popping out into a bowl and storing in the freezer.

Who’s wants to give it a try? Make sure to tag me if you do.
