My Creamy Tahini Dressing
I have an epic vegan salad dressing for you. Trust me you’re going to want to save this recipe for later!!I have been making My Creamy Tahini Dressing for years now and I’m so excited to finally be sharing it with you.Sorry, it’s taken so long.This dressing is so simple to make, jam-packed with calcium, is slightly sweet, and is honestly so good especially when poured over a big abundance bowl filled with veggies and leafy greens.
My Creamy Tahini Dressing
Makes enough for 2 adults
- 2 tbsp of hulled tahini (the creamier the better)
- 2 tbsp of plain coconut yogurt
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
- Juice from ½ a lemon
- ¼ cup of boiling water
Add all the ingredients to a jar and shake until the dressing is smooth and creamy. You can always add in 1-2 tbsp of boiling water if you want the dressing to be thinner.Pour over your favourite roast veggies, leafy greens, and abundance bowls.It will last in the fridge for 5 days so I definitely suggest double even triple batching the recipe.
