Falafel Salad Bowls

Unsure what to have for dinner tonight? I have the perfect recipe for you. These are my Falafel Salad Bowls and they are so easy, so delicious and perfect when you’re short on time and need a nourishing meal.Do you want to know what the best thing about this recipe is they're ready in 15 minutes! Can you believe that!I’m going to let you in on a little secret, I kind of cheat with this recipe. I mean I don’t even know if I could call it much of a recipe since I buy the falafel mix pre-made (you will not find me blending chickpeas into falafels at 7.30 pm on a weeknight that’s for sure) and I also buy the hummus.Trust me, the falafel mix I buy is so goof (buy it here) and the ingredients are great that there is no need to make them yourself. And Lisa’s hummus is also delicious and it saves you like 100 dishes so let’s just call it a win and get to the recipe.
