Chocolate Cookie Dough Balls

Every afternoon after I’ve put Luca down for his lunch sleep and set Georgia up with her tv I want to sit and enjoy a hot drink and something sweet.Please tell me you’re the same?I want it to be nourishing, healthy but yummy, and curb my sweet tooth and that’s how I came up with these delicious Chocolate Cookie Dough Balls.They are so easy to make, are the perfect-sized sweet treat and they are still nourishing and packed with goodness.Plus Georgia loves them so that’s great and means we can sit in the sunshine and enjoy them together.I know you are going to love these as well and enjoy making them with your cuties. Mixing in the chocolate chips was Georgia’s favourite part haha.

Chocolate Cookie Dough Balls

Makes 15Ingredients

  • 1 cup of raw cashews
  • ½ a cup of Medjool dates (around 6)
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ a cup of oats
  • 3 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup (or more dates)
  • 2 tbsp of hemp hearts
  • ¼ cup of dark choc chips

Method:

  1. Add the cashews, dates, salt, oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, and hemp hearts into your food processor and blitz on high until a dough forms. If it’s not coming together add 1 tbsp of water until it does.
  2. Stir in your choc chips and then roll into balls.
  3. Store in a container in the fridge for up to a week
